Deep Sleep and Relax Hypnosis App Reviews

Im so mad it doesnt work on me and I really need the sleep anyone have advice

Does not work. Never fell asleep. Made me even more awake. Even more trouble falling asleep. Wakes you up at the end. Unbelievably stupid.

I have always wanted to try hypnotherapy but was a firm believer it could never work. Came across this app & gave it a shot. I couldnt believe how soothing the "Sleep like a baby" program is. I listen to it nightly for the past 2 weeks and now I fall asleep within the first few minutes. I wish the end did not prompt you to wake up. On a couple of occasions after being put completely at rest Ive heard his voice tell me to wake and I did. But quickly fell back asleep. Havent tried any of the paid sessions but seriously considering it! Highly recommend this app!!

The hypnosis session for going to sleep is good but at the end of the 30 minute session he literally WAKES YOU UP. He says:"at the count of five you will wake up feeling wide awake". How ridiculous is that? I want to sleep all night not for 30 minutes.

Like others, I am really wowed by this app- I use sleep like a baby (the one that is free) and will probably buy the rest soon. The speaker’s voice is so soothing and when I use it I sleep extremely soundly, have very positive and vivid dreams, and wake up refreshed. I find I also do not need as much sleep…usually after using the track I wake up after about 6.5 or 7 hours (versus my usual 8 or 9). I even am feeling better during the day probably because my sleep is better. I find I have to use it right when I am going to bed…it doesn’t seem to help me if I use it at another time. I usually end up turning it off before I actually fall asleep as I too don’t like the “wake up” part in the end…only drawback. Still for a free app its hard to believe. I pair it with a sleep scent on my pillow and its pretty amazing.

Best sleep app I have ever tried.

I really, really love this app! I fall asleep like a baby every time! Never experienced another app like this! Would recommend this to anyone that wants the best sleep of their life.

Free version does NOTHNG. Its just ads for the paid version!!!

I only use the free session. I have a hard time falling asleep and it works great on me. You can change the settings so the app automatically exit once the session is done and you are already sleeping. Just touch the screen when the session begins and click on the icon settings and select YES for "exit the app when hypnosis is finished". That will save your battery.

This app hell me sleep, helped me relax.. And then it doesnt play anymore. It doesnt talk at all. Its weird not to hear anything now. Please fix it

I love the app but my alarm didnt go off the other morning because the app had a pop up to rate it. I ended up missing class and being late to work :(. So here I am rating the app in hopes this message doesnt pop up again.

I really enjoyed the soothing male voice on the free app. I fell asleep in 5 minutes. However, the app was stuck in a rate app and prevented my alarm from going off the next morning.

I paid $19 and I should NOT HAVE TO LOOK AT THAT SCREEN EVERY TIME I use the app. I would give it a five if you got rid of the screen. I will NOT request e-mail. I DO NOT NEED THE LOGIN SCREEN

The free sound that comes with this app is simply awesome. There is a 60% off all other sounds for $19 however there is no way to preview the sounds. I feel like I was tricked into paying a lot of money for what sounds like audio books of someone reading. These additional sounds to purchase are nothing like what you hear for free when you first open the app. I would like my money back.

App may be free to download but thats all you get. You have to buy all the music. Why dont you just make this a paying app? Waste ppls time downloading an app just to delete it. I shouldnt have to pay for music to relax.

The apps works well, until it tells you to wake up. When this happens I wake up even though I am trying to go to bed.

This app hasnt been updated since 2013. There are minor issues in these reviews that prevent me from wanting to recommend to friends or continue use that havent been addressed. The "rate this app" is preventing the phone from turning off, thus killing the battery at night. I paid for 3 of the sessions which I like but they are all so similar. Just please update it if youre going to make your customers pay $5 per session.

I cant get over how well this app works. I am so pleased that I purchased all of the guided meditations. I have been sleeping to this app every night for the last two weeks and have had the best sleep of my life.
